Estonia acceded the European Patent Convention on 2002. 
Estonia has not signed the London Agreement yet.  

Therefore the following Estonian translations are required for validation of the European Patent in Estonia: Specification, Claims, Drawings.

Deadline: 3 months from the date of the mention of grant in the European Patent Bulletin.
Extension of deadline: 2 months upon payment of state fee before the due date.

Representation before the Estonian Patent Office
A person with no residence, seat or commercial or industrial enterprise operating in Estonia must authorize a patent attorney as a representative before the Estonian Patent Office.

Power of Attorney requirements: original, on paper. Neither notarization nor legalization.
Deadline (non-extendable): 2 months from the filing date of validation request.
