Therefore the following Estonian translations are required for validation of the European Patent in Estonia: Specification, Claims, Drawings.
Deadline: 3 months from the date of the mention of grant in the European Patent Bulletin.
Extension of deadline: 2 months upon payment of state fee before the due date.
Representation before the Estonian Patent Office
A person with no residence, seat or commercial or industrial enterprise operating in Estonia must authorize a patent attorney as a representative before the Estonian Patent Office.
